The winter season is coming and this calls for extra handwashing, vitamin C consuming, and health caring. However, for famous people, more demands are put on them during the winter months.
Good for them right? Not really…
The entertainment industry isn’t quite the easy way out. Especially if you are being requested 24/7 and with an entertainment industry that is mainly out there to gain profit. Busily changing from schedule to schedule, and more practice during the night. The amount of sleep ranges from 3~4 hours. However, this year, it is even becoming more dangerous with the swine flu impacting the stars.
Already more than eight stars in the Korean entertainment industry have been hit, including stars idol groups, 2AM, Shinee, SS501, Gavy NJ, the ballad singer, K.Will, the gagman, Jung JongChul, and the multientertainer, Lee SeungKi. Luckily, many of them have been cured and are back on their feet to entertain and give joy to the fans. The sad fact though is that there isn’t any extra time for them to rest. Also, for the stars that are paid to perform in “public” places, there is no way for them to unexpose themselves from the germs and the virus.
The swine flu isn’t only occurring to Korean stars, but also many other stars around Asia. For the Japanese group AKB48, six members had been infected and were halted in their activities, and even more shocking is the fact that 5 out of the 7 girls in the Japanese “Girls Generation” group has been infected. The six member group “Cube,” who shares the same entertainment agency as the Japanese “Girls Generation” group had missed their performance because they were diagnosed right after. In China, the famous singer JungShiRin being infected by the flu had been recently announced to the public.
One acquaintance to the entertainment industry stated, “As December approaches, the stars and their manager is always exposed to the danger. Especially, the singer and actors are in the most danger because of their activities.”
Hope no more stars are impacted because of this…
