Every SHINee fan loves Tae-min! He is the baby member of the group with very mature dance skills. After watching him dance,you will want to beg him to teach you.Admit it!You would hire him as your personal dance instructor if SHINee gave out lessons.

SHINee TaeMin reveals unique sleeping habits of leader Onew

SHINee youngest member TaeMin reveals a secret of team member Onew.

TaeMin was on SBS ‘Shin DongYeop’s 300′ aired on 24th January when he reveals a unique sleeping habit of member Onew.

TaeMin was asked ‘As the youngest, when is the time when leader Onew is the scariest’ and he answered, “Onew hyung is not a scary hyung. But he has a side to him where he talks a lot. When he sleeps, he covers himself in the blanket till the end of his head. And when he wakes up, he will be cover in perspiration.”

Onew then added, “I need to cover myself fully when I sleep. When I see light, I cannot sleep.” And MC asked, “So you don’t nap in the day?” and Onew replied, “I will sleep in dark places in the day.”

TaeMin was also asked the question ‘Have you thought of getting swine flu because you hate school?” and he answered, “I’ve thought of that before.”

He then explained, “I would be good to get swine flu as I dislike going to school, but that(getting the flu) will be tiring/tough too.”

Fellow member Onew then recalled, “If you are not feeling well, you will not think of it that way. I recalled when I had swine flu.” and TaeMin added, “You don’t get to rest well because you are in pain, and you can only stay at home.”

Showdown of female dress-ups for the male idol group maknae members!

It’s the ’showdown’ of the idol group members playing dress up!

On ‘Idol Maknae Rebellion Generation’ aired on 5th December, photos of the idol group members dressed up as females were revealed. And it was the showdown between of SHINee TaeMin and UKiss DongHo. Dress-up photos of the 2 were revealed and they were said to be even prettier than females.

Also on the show, 2AM JinWoo did dress up as ‘edge’ female Kim HyeSoo, FT Island SeungHyun dressed up as sexy club girl and T-Max YoonHwa as a pure college girl.

Other SHINee members were also guest appearances on the show that day.

Who would you want to have a date with on the first snowfall

About a week or so ago, a poll had crowned SNSD’s Jessica as the ‘female celebrity that you would most want to have a date with on Korea’s first snowfall of the year.’ And although only a week has passed, Jessica better watch out because it looks like SHINee’s Taemin has stolen her place with the help of his noona fans!

The music portal site Bugs recently retook the same survey but broadened the answers to include male celebrities as well as female celebrities. And now that fangirls have the opportunity to answer, they’ve completely changed the answers (because you know how crazy fangirls can get).

In first place comes Taemin, who is dubbed as ‘Noonas’ Dream Guy.’ He won the poll with 35% of the votes. Now I’m not a huge fan of Taemin but who can argue with his cute face?

In second place, the award goes to 2PM’s dear Thai Prince Nichkhun. Third goes to the sister of the last poll’s winner and the only girl on the list, f(x)’s Krystal. And finally the fourth chosen celebrity was Big Bang’s dancing machine Taeyang.

SHINee’s Taemin diagnosed with swine flu

And it never ends... SHINee's Taemin is the latest victim to have contracted the notorious swine flu.

Taemin was rushed to the hospital on the 25th after developing fever and was diagnosed to be H1N1 positive on the 26th.

SM Entertainment stated:

"Taemin has been diagnosed with swine flu but it's not serious. We will cancel all of his scheduled events and he will take a rest."

Jonghyun and Onew have both recovered and now Taemin has fallen, with Key and Minho still safe. SM Entertainment seems to be plagued with swine flu, as three member from f(x) also tested postive for H1N1 recently but are recovering quickly.

Super Junior Kim HeeChul to show support to SHINee TaeMin with cameo drama appearance

Super Junior Kim HeeChul shows support to junior SHINee TaeMin with cameo drama appearance on MBC sitcom ‘TaeHee HyeGyo JiHyunie’.

Kim Hee Chul was at the filming set for the drama on 3rd August and participated in the drama filming. The reason why he did the cameo appearance was for his junior SHINee TaeMin. The 2 are known as ‘celebrity lookalikes’ and it will be a fun episode on ‘Tae-Hye-Ji’ with the 2 of them appearing together.

Meanwhile, the episode featuring Kim HeeChul will air on 12th August.

Shinee’s Onew is a coward and Taemin is in danger of being raped?

In a recent interview, a very interesting question was posed. Is Shinee's Onew a coward? The question was mostly based on the KBS light stand incident, in which Onew fainted when the fixture suddenly fell off the wall. Well, Onew's answer is simply... no. Just no, and a smart looking man wearing glasses even confirmed Onew's answer.

Perhaps what's even more interesting is that a second smart looking man commented on Taemin's feminine features. Taemin is apparently prettier than a girl, and to prove it they showed pedestrians a picture of Taemin dressed as a girl along with 5 other girls, and asked the passerby which one is the prettiest. A man unfortunately picked Taemin as the prettiest without knowing he just picked a guy.

What we've learned from this interview is that Onew is not a coward, and that Taemin is in danger of being raped by noonas AND hyungs. I guess being beautiful isn't always easy.

SHINee’s Tae-min plays the piano

The kid can dance AND play a classical instrument. What a freak of nature!

For a special stage on MBC Music Core, SHINee’s maknae and dancing fiend Tae-min showed us his softer and more sophisticated side by breaking out some mad skills on a grand piano. He starts off with a little solo rendition of renowned composer Yiruma’s “River Flows In You,” and then plays the melody for “Goodbye My Love” alongside 8eight, who always deliver live.

Although Music Core may give me glimpses of his hands touching the piano keys, I find it hard to believe that he is actually making those notes on the piano. It seems plausible that Tae-min may be playing “River Flows In You,” but from the way they presented it, Tae-min does not look like he is actually playing live during “Goodbye My Love.” Then again, maybe those forced childhood piano lessons are finally paying off for this little performer. Just because you flash an endearing smile doesn’t mean I’m putty in your hands!

Taemin playing the piano for Music Core

SHINee's baby Taemin will be showing off his piano skills by playing famous korean pianist / composer Yiruma's 'River Flows In You'!

On July 4th, Taemin plans on showing off his skills on MBC's Show! Music Core. He wanted to show his fans his true skills instead of just the acting that he did in his sitcom. On the 18th, his 16th (in the USA)/17th (in Korea) birthday, Taemin will also be stepping up to the plate as a piano performer by playing the piano version of 8eight's 'Goodbye My Love'. Despite his very busy schedule, he is finding time to practice hard in between his other activities. I personally love Yiruma, so I can't wait to see his Music Core performance.

SHINee TaeMin is being bullied in school?

There has been this topic spreading like fire on the internet with photos and accounts pointing to youngest member TaeMin of SHINee, currently schooling in ChungDam highschool, being bullied and harrassed in school.

Are they true?

There has also been the popular search keywords “TaeMin harrassement”, “TaeMin harrassement photos” on search portal sites.

There was supposedly an exposure of a girl’s diary on how she had stalked TaeMin in school. Parts of her diary:

"From bea_chan22

..Today was rainy, so I was going to give up seeing Lee Taemin, but then the Taemin spy came in and told me “Noona, in 9 minutes, Taemin’s leaving” or something like that… So I ran like fire but it’s raining like crazy… But Lee Taemin has an umbrella. He also had a beanie in his other hand so my friend stuck to him and started talking to him when I was just taking pictures. Just then as he went to the gym he almost fell.. I was laughing so I couldn’t take the picture then he went to the teacher’s office. I followed him in then the homeroom teacher said “Did you come just now?”. Taemin looked kind of disappointed and misunderstood and said “No, I came at period 1.” Then the teacher goes into the Principle’s office with Taemin. Whatever/ So I prepared my continuous 9 shot camera. Just then Lee Taemin came out in his beanie. He looked at the mirror before he left ㅠㅠ…"

I also thought I share this other part of the long diary entries exposed:

"After Japanese class, I asked my friend if we should follow TaeMin again. So we were waiting outside the gym and then this kid who looked like him appeared, we went up and it wasn’t him so we scolded him ****. Then he came down, his height was obviously much taller than that kid before. We went up and stuck ourselves next to him

Me: Taemin ah, when is Jong Hyun doing his birthday party?
TaeMin: …
Me: Jong Hyun is not having a birthday party?
TaeMin: …
My friend: Taemin ah, do you want to date noona? Why don’t you hold noona’s hand? Do you hate noona’s hand so much? You hurt noona’s heart, I’m going to scold you **** for not answering me if Jong Hyun is having his birthday party"

This has reportedly went on for about 3 weeks, there were more incident about the spies and stalking of TaeMin in school. The girl whose diary was exposed online also apologised for her act.

"I’m a guy in my 3rd year of high school and this isn’t a lie. My friend at ChungDam high school told me it wasn’t up until physical group harassment.

But when he comes to school nearly 100 students cover his way and won’t let him pass and take pictures and stuff. When he tried to pass some say stuff like “you think you’re so big ’cause you’re a celebrity’ or ‘he’s not as tall as I imagined’ or ‘he’s not that handsome’ and a lot of other stuff.

And there’s another story everyone at the high school knows about the a time he was listening to classes and he ate lunch at the teacher’s lounge. So some delinquents from 2nd grade came and waited during lunch and when he came back and sat at his desk with his head down, they kicked his desk and said stuff like “hey, do we look like idiots to you? Do you think you’re so big because you’re a celebrity? **** Hey put your head up.” and etc. They throw erasers at him and swear at him and stuff. This is pretty well known around the school. Some other delinquents 3 girls keep following him and take pictures and annoy him. They keep following him and trying to hold his hand and stuff."

Netizens had an uproar about this. Many pitied TaeMin while many thought the fans and his schoolmates were really overdoing it.

Taemin’s friends like SNSD more than him

Poor baby! Friends of SHINee's little maknae, Taemin weren't as interested in his SM life as they were about the lives of his fellow artists in the same company!

In an interview, Taemin expressed, "I can see how popular SNSD is in school. My friends would always say, 'The SNSD girls are so pretty!' or 'Aren't you really close with SNSD?' and they would be jealous of me. They thought that because we're in the same company, that we must see each other a lot, but that's not the case. Both of our schedules are so full, we rarely see each other."

Well, your friends are jealous of you over the wrong group, if you ask me. And you can be sure, if Taemin and I were friends, I'd threaten him with bodily harm to burst in on TVXQ in the showers one day and take pictures... I mean, what are friends for afterall?

SHINee Member Taemin Is Now A High School Student

This afternoon March 2009 , 2nd. SHINee (SM ENT.) member Lee Tae Min went to participate the orientation ceremony at Chongdam secondary school (Seoul , Kangnam Ku) , for the first step to be the high school student.

Taemin said at the orientation ceremony that ''Both throb and exciting to become a high school student'' and ''Althought SHINee's schedule are busy but I'll pay attention eagerly for the school life and activities. Also I'll try to make plentifully new friends too.

More over , SHINee , the owner of popular songs ; '누난 너무 예뻐', '산소 같은 너' and '아.미.고' is currently in new record preparation right now.
