JYP's 2AM recently held a fan meeting for their fan club "I AM", and even the Wonder Girls paid a visit. This was an opportunity for 2AM to showcase the talents that they've been keeping under wraps since debut, and boy did they show it. 2AM said previously during an interview that they wished they got to dance more on stage because they are actually really good dancers. Well, they finally got their wish. 2AM finally performed a dance number, and they were not lying about being good dancers. The choreography was so hot that it had me picking up my jaw from the floor multiple times during the performance. Even 2PM's back flips and somersaults pale in comparison to what 2AM did during their dance number. All those long arduous months sweating at the gym, sculpturing their now rock hard bodies have finally paid off. 2AM can finally proudly say that they're no longer boys, but are now men.
See it for yourself. WARNING: not for the weak of heart.
If you haven't already caught on from the video, that was a joke. 2AM performed Wonder Girl's hit song "So Hot." The outfits looked ridiculous on them because of their bulging muscular arms. Toward the end of the performance, Wonder Girls did a surprise visit, and it seemed to have scared Seulong a bit at 2:54. The boys of 2AM were seemingly a bit embarrassed to be seen like that in front of their friends, the Wonder Girls.
Now that you have had a good laugh, or maybe a good scare, it's time for 2AM to win you over with the real talents showcase. Each member of 2AM had a short individual performance, and they were all spectacular. Seulong played the piano while singing Brown Eyed Soul's famed song "Nothing Better", and it was incredible. When he sang the chorus, and went into falsetto, I also almost went into falsetto screaming out "oppa!" Next up was maknae Jinwoon, and he switched it up with a rock influenced cover of Michael Buble's hit song "Feeling Good." Leave it to Changmin to break the serious atmosphere with a cover of Park Hyun Bin's Shabang Shabang complete with the must have item for trot songs, a flashy feather scarf. However, the shocker of the night was Jokwon's performance. 2AM's leader, Jokwon did a cover of Usher's "U Got It Bad" in front of legions of screaming fangirls.
Here's the video of their individual performances:
Thanks elaisfangirl for the video and lilyami for the tip.
Now for all you closet perverts out there, here's a closer look at Jokwon's bare chest performance.
Thanks myjokwon for the video.
