Inkigayo apologizes for 2PM’s muffled stage

You guys all might've wondered while watching your six beloved boys of 2PM finally coming back on SBS Inkigayo - what was up with their singing?

Their vocals was muffled on and off continuously until the end of their stage, yet the the boys did not seem too concerned about it at all.

Were my speakers dying? Was it some new song effect that they are trying out? Was YouTube going under some technical difficulties? None of them are true, for Inkigayo just posted an apology statement on their webpage regarding this issue as being solely their fault. This was posted only minutes after the broadcast.

"Hello, we are the production team of SBS Inkigayo. We are about to courteously explain to you the audio problem we had on today's 2PM's comeback stage.

First of all, we would like to apologize to everyone who had anticipated this stage for failing to broadcast a smooth audio. We would like to let you know that we also feel tangled as producers, since we have also worked very hard for this stage.

The pre-recording of 2PM's stage that took place before noon went through very smoothly, and for us to provide a better stage with various video effects, the footage had gone through an editing process under the responsibility of our producers.

The team verified right after the broadcast that the original footage did not have any problems, and concluded the audio problem had occurred during the process of going in and out of the editing computer. We had never come across this type of problem, and we admit that it was our fault for not checking the final audio prior to the live airing.

We would like to apologize again to the viewers who had discomfort listening to the unstable audio, the fans who have desperately awaited for 2PM's comeback stage, and lastly, the members of 2PM who probably have spent a long time preparing for this stage. Also, we are very sorry for our audio team who always does their best."

In summary, the poor audio was the result of Inkigayo's faultless attempts to enhance the quality of the stage due to the fans' high anticipations. Although the production team is the one to be blamed, we should still consider their effort to provide us a better footage. I mean, if it weren't for our Inkigayo, our hearts definitely wouldn't have beat from the craze last night.
