Jay to release “Demon” in July

In an interview with Sports KHAN, Producer of Hype Nation, Jason Lee confirmed that Jay Park will be making a comeback on July 10th with the release of a new single. The recording of the single has been completed and it is expected to be a big hit not only in Korea but also in America as well.

The single, entitled Demon will be released through the US Billboard Chart and Korean music market as well. The song “Demon” is special not only to Jay but also to the composer, Teddy Riley who composed Michael Jackson’s hit song, Dangerous. According to Jason Lee, Riley expressed his excitement by saying, “It feels like when I made Michael Jackson’s Dangerous“

For Jay, the release of this single marks his comeback to the music industry as a singer. Being able to work with such a well-known composer like Riley who has produced a big hit for the King of Pop, Jay described the opportunity that he got as the best moment of his life.

Other than Demon, Jay has recorded a few songs which will be the Original Soundtracks (OST) of his upcoming movie, Hype Nation, including a song called Fame, which is the product of the collaboration between Jay and big names like Snoop Dogg, T-Pain and Brandon.

It has been nearly 3 months since Jay’s departure from JYPE and 2pm. This rather surprising but good news will definitely keep Jay’s fans waiting with excitement.
