It’s just not Lee Hyori’s day.
First the audio leaks, now, her music video, “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang”, gets banned from the government controlled broadcasting station, KBS because of “traffic violations.”
Isn’t that the same as why Rain’s music video, Love Story, got banned as well? This time, in the music video, Lee Hyori doesn’t put on her seat belt while driving a truck. Not only because of this was Hyori banned, but because she stopped in the middle of the road and danced on the road and on top of buses. Needless to say, KBS banned the music video and another track of hers, “Love Sign”. However, the other broadcasting stations are also getting into the act. MBC slapped a 15+ on Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and SBS gave it a 12+. Right now, Mnet Media, Lee Hyori’s entertainment company, will not change the music video for KBS and will live with the banning.
Tough love for the queen, Lee Hyori.
