Sandara Park has abs?

2010 seems to mark a turning point in kpop history where most idol stars are diligently working out to get toned bodies. Not just male beastly idols, a lot of female celebrities are also revealing their toned abs as well.
2NE1’s Sandara Park is just one of these many celebrities, and her trainer, Hwang, posted a photo on me2day of Sandara’s transformation.


Sadly, only the after photo was put up. The reason was revealed in Hwang’s comment, “After picture!^^ I won’t be able to upload the before picture” (implying that it was too embarrassing to put up).
