Signed on as the model for cosmetic line Maybelline, Seo InYoung recently was spotted in Maybelline’s new Magnum mascara advertisement.
Her appearance for the advertisement has caught the attention of many netizens, especially with the release of some photos for the endorsement. Go under the cut for more photos.
We recently revealed that MC Mong and ex-Jewelry member Seo In Young would be collaborating for a duet, singing Jo Young Su’s Bubble Love for his third signature album, All Star 2.5. Well, after their MV teaser release, their duet track has been finally released, and it showcases MC Mong’s great rapping along with Seo In Young’s strong vocals. Check it out below!

Former Jewelry member, Seo In Young, displayed her fashionable side when she recently appeared in the second season of Project Runway Korea as a guest judge. As a judge, Seo In Young displayed an air of coldness that would rival Simon Cowell of American Idol when it came to critiquing the pieces down the runway.
The challenge for the 5th episode of Project Runway Korea, which aired on February 27th, was for the designers to come up with creations inspired by the latest shoes to grace the runways of the big fashion houses around the world. As the designs were to be inspired by shoes, it was only fitting that Seo In Young, the resident “shoeaholic” of Korea, serve as the guest judge for the episode.
Seo In Young had some choice words for the designs she was less fond of. The critiques that Seo In Young gave out during the judging included, “the outfit looks incomplete,” “you described the clothes as being practical, but it looks uncomfortable and unnatural,” “I really adore the shoes that inspired your design, but your design ruined the feel of the shoes.” Contestants who initially welcomed Seo In Young as the guest judge were left standing with cold feet as the judging progressed and the critiques became harsher.
In an interview that followed the taping of the show, Seo in Young told the interviewer, “I’ve been watching the show since the beginning and have always wanted to be a part of it. I was nervous and it was hard to judge the clothes on the runway… But it was a great experience as I got to witness their (contestants’) passion firsthand.”
It’s good to see that Seo In Young has been keeping herself busy with various projects and appearances after her departure from Jewelry.
MBLAQ, Yoon EunHye, f(x), Park MinYoung, Park HanByul, Seo In Young etc are some of the models for the recent ‘Pink Wings’ campaign.
The campaign was set up for the 8th year anniversary for fashion magazine Vogue Girl to help needy young girls.
Proceeds from the sales of the magazine from17th February at Lotte Shopping mall will be donated to help needy teenage girls. The campaign will features other Korean celebrities like Seo In Young, Park HanByul, Min HyoRin, IU, f(x) Victoria, Sulli and Park ShinHye etc.
After the tearful last performance and then going solo from group Jewelry, Seo In Young was recently spotted with a new hairstyle!
She posted up photos on her minihompy and also attended an event in the new hairstyle, something really refreshing and young.

She had revealed that during her appearance on an upcoming episode of SBS YaShimManMan 2.
Amidst her busy schedule, she had received stress more than she had expected to feel,”I had depression. So in the end, I decided to end all activities I had and to go on a vacation.”
Back then, Seo In Young had not provided for a reason to why she had suddenly stop all her activities to go to America. And fans had been worried about her sudden decision.
Known as the ‘Reality Queen’ for her appearance on several reality shows like ‘We Got Married’ etc, she said, “I had to take stabilizers before I go to sleep at night”.
This episode of YaShimManMan will air on 22nd.
Singer Seo In Young revealed that she used to conceal herself from other past Jewelry members on KBS 2TV Entertainment Weekly’ aired on 20th June.
She said, “I just to conceal myself from the other Jewelry members in the past. I feel that I lived by without thinking because I was jealous of the other members. If only I have tell myself to stop and think through about things, i believe I would have develop as a singer faster.”
And about the title of ’sexy singer’, she said, “I hope that everyone would not call me that. It’s not that it is very rustic. But when I’m dancing, I cannot be wearing clothes that are covering too much. But I hope everyone will see this with an open mind.”
She also revealed, “My last relationship ended a year back”.
She ended with, “I don’t have the time to look back myself. In the future, I hope to be the shinsang (new product) singer to everyone. I want to be the singer who can sing well.”
Seo In Young (26) makes a come back in a reality show much like Paris Hilton's My New Best Friend Forever.
At least in Korea.
Jewelry members, Park Jung-a (left) and Suh In-young (right) are the new faces for “Baby Phat” (Korea). The U.S. based clothing brand will open their first store in the trendy Apkujong area at the beginning of June.
Let’s hope there are some decent picks. We all know that when foreigh based brand make their way into Korea, it’s usually not their best stuff.
