It has been known that Big Bang members DaeSung and SeungRi are both up nominated for the 3rd The Musical Awards male newcomer award.
Other than the 2 of them, Kang Tae Eul of ‘Dae Jang Geum’ and ‘Don JooAng’, and Ra JoonEe of ‘SoRiDoDok’ are also nominated under the same category.
DaeSung played the main character of Rum Tum Tugger in the world known musical ‘Cats’ last year. He raised much attention amongst fans and netizens to be casted together with artistes like Ok Joo Hyun and Na Ran Hi. SeungRi had also, before DaeSung, participated in the musical ‘Sonagi’ as the male character and his acting was praised by many in the industry to be better than they expected.
The award ceremony will take place coming 20th April at National Theatre.
