The question is, will you watch it?
Beginning on August 10th, 4minute will give fans a peek at their day-to-day lives in their new show on the cable network MTV. The girl group joins the ranks of their more popular counterparts, 2NE1, who also currently star in their own show “2NE1 TV” on the Mnet network. Let the copycat rumors commence!
Audiences will most likely tune in to watch rapper Hyun-ah, the group’s most popular (also most annoying) member. Hyun-ah has a lot of practice being on an MTV program about band life because when she was still a part of the Wondergirls, she participated in their show, MTV Wondergirls. I’m sure by now she knows how to make herself look good on television.
A total of 20 episodes are set to air, as well as an encore presentation of the show’s premiere (you know, in case you’re doing something that’s actually interesting and forget to watch).
We really doubt that their personalities are anywhere near as bright as their colorful wardrobes. We salute them for trying, but we’re not really expecting much from Hyun-ah and the girls. Do you guys plan on tuning in?
