Hyun-a of girl group, 4Minute thinks “losers” the best!
On an OLD (July 2009) radio show taping of MBC FM’s “Good Morning FM. It’s Oh Sang-jin,” the 4minute leader described her ideal man as someone short. Hyun-a explained, “My boyfriend shouldn’t be over 173 cm. 170 cm is good?” Hyun-a herself is 164 cm.
After the whole “loser” incident, netizens dug up this video and began rallying behind Hyun-a and her support of “loser” boyfriends. But! Hyun-a still prefers a guy that is taller than her, so is this really the opposite to the unfortunate Lee Do-kyoung and her slip on “Chat with Global Beauties”? Lee Do-kyoung, who stands a stately 170 cm, preferred a man would is 180 cm, a ten centimeter difference.
If anything, it’s good to see Hyun-a get some good press.
Since the internet backlash, the production crew of KBS variety show“Chat with Global Beauties” made two official statements. Despite the public apology, netizens continued to bash on the KBS production team, so the whole team will leave the program on November 14th. Too bad they still let Lee Do-kyoung to take all the heat until this point.
