Big Bang’s Taeyang was voted as the number one singer people ‘want to go on summer vacation with‘.
A survey was constructed from the 13th to the 19th on Bugs Music. The singers listed, other than Taeyang, were Nichkhun (2PM), Suzy (miss A), Lee KiKwang (BEAST), IU, and Simon Dominic amongst others.
Taeyang took the number one spot with 704 votes (31%) out of the total 2277. Nichkhun took second with 440 votes (20%), losing to Taeyang with a noticeable difference.
Many netizens explained their reasons behind their choice by saying, “During our trip, I can eat kimchi fried rice that Taeyang makes well,” and, “I think I will be in a good mood during my entire break because of Taeyang’s sweet voice and exceptional dancing skills.”
Taeyang is curently promoting his title single, ‘I Need A Girl‘, from his first official solo album ‘Solar‘. He took the number one spot on KBS 2TV ‘Music Bank‘ K-Chart on the 16th, and received the mutizen award on the 18th at SBS ‘Inkigayo‘.
