SM Idols’ Audition Tapes Revealed

Audition videos of popular idols were revealed on the latest episode of MBC ‘Infinity Challenge‘.

On the 31st, the ‘Infinity Challenge‘ members took on their next challenge of auditioning to become singers. Before their auditions started, videos of current idol members were revealed. Idols that were shown were SNSD’s Seohyun, f(x)’s Sulli and Krystal, as well as SHINee’s Taemin.


On his audition, Taemin stated, “I think I had only prepared a dance.” His powerful and flexible dance in his audition video grabbed everyone’s attention.

Krystal’s audition tape showed her innocent appearance, with her baby fat still in place with her long, straight hair. Depsite her young age, she also showed off her S-line body by doing model poses.

Sulli and Seohyun, who auditioned at a younger age than Krystal, had the same cute face they have today. Seohyun sang a children’s song, matching her young age. And although she was young, Sulli showed no signs of being nervous, and sang her song.

Meanwhile, the ‘Infinity Challenge‘ members all participated in the SM Entertainment auditions. However, all the members failed to pass. Along with preparing their demo tapes, the members will begin their official preparations to debut as idol singers.
