MBLAQ Lee Joon, “I will take my pants off if I score a goal!”

Idol groups MBLAQ, ZE:A, F.cuz and D-NA come together for upcoming MTV program ‘Idol United’ as a soccer team.

The press conference for the program was held at 2pm in Seoul Lotte Cinema on 11th May. When talking about the ceremonies they will put up if they score a goal, MBLAQ Lee Joon mentioned, “I hope to show the goal ceremony here, but because I chose to take off my pants for my goal ceremony I can’t. But if I ever score a goal, I’ll definitely do it.”

Also at the press conference, D-NA GaRam did tumbling for variety, and F.cuz Jinon also showcase a perfect voice imitation of Kwon SangWoo.

Meanwhile, the first episode of the show will air on 22nd May.

Photo Of The Day! Jea touches Lee Joon’s muscles!

Brown Eyed Girls JeA shows true colours of an adult-dol (adult+idol).
A photo of Jea and MBLAQ Lee Joon was posted up on the online bulletin board to MBC FM4U ‘ShinDong and Park GyuRi’s ShimShimTapa’ on 6th May. In the photo, Jea was seen touching Lee Joon’s muscle and making an expression.

A Shimshimtapa staff wrote, “Jea who suddenly turned up. She greeted GyuRi and then after that her true colours showed. She showed great affection to MBLAQ. She can’t help but touched Lee Joon’s muscles.”
Netizens’ comments were, “Her happy expression gave it all away”, “I want to touch Lee Joon’s muscles too” etc.

Lee Joon is Rain’s Hubby?

On the broadcast of SBS Intimate Note 3 last April 30th, Lee Joon revealed a rather intimate and weird pet name he is called by his boss.

As many of you know, Rain starred in a Hollywood action film titled Ninja Assassin and in a particular part, his apprentice Lee Joon of MBLAQ also featured in the movie portraying the younger version of Rain’s character.

For that, Lee Joon needed to join Rain during his trip to Hollywood. While they were staying there, Lee Joon recalled a time wherein he was out swimming with Rain.
Lee Joon said,

“I’m not sure if he remembers this. I went overseas together with Rain for the poster photo shoot. We were swimming coolly. However, he suddenly turned, flipped his hair back, and shouted ‘Hubby~ Hubby~ Hubby~’ at me.”

Everyone in the studio got curious, and so Lee Joon further explained the situation.
He said “I was pretty much shocked and surprised at the same time. Hyung suddenly asked, ‘What would you do if your girlfriend called you that? How would you feel?’. And then, I found out that he was just acting out a sticky situation.”

With that said and done, I’m not surprised if Rain turns into JYP.

Lee Joon’s ideal girl is…

MBLAQ’s six pack representative Lee Joon talked about his way with women and ideal type on Star Golden Bell.
On the May 1st episode of the show, he admitted that he is bad at showing his affection for a girl.
He looked quite adorable in his glasses with his new hairdo. I think a guy like him doesn’t need to show affection for a girl.
He said that when he sees girls he likes on the subway or the bus he thinks to himself, “That girl is my girl.” The more he thinks about it, the more he gets convinced in his mind that he is actually dating her.
His imagination takes him pretty far. The method didn’t work though because the girls would notice that he’s staring at them and then turn away.
Then he talked about his ideal girl. He said, “I can say everyone but my ideal girl is Kim Yuna.” I have to say, all Korean guys seem to love her.

Lee Joon shows his abs for Bazaar

In the upcoming April issue of Bazaar, they will be showcasing and introducing Korean celebrities who are charismatic and possess amazing abs to go along with it.

Korea’s top martial arts director, Jung Doo Hong, actor Han Jung Soo who rose to fame as General Choi in Chuno, MBLAQ’s Lee Joon and 11 others were profiled and their amazing abs will be shown in it’s full glory in this special pictorial. Besides the pictures, you will also get to find out their secrets to getting their perfect abs, their experiences and ambitions.

I don’t know but I am getting numb from seeing guys showing their abs anymore in 2010. But I don’t think the girls are complaining much.

The issue goes on sale from March 22nd.

Who has the most sought after abs?

High Cut conducted an online survey recently from March 8th till the 15th to find out who had the most sought after abs. All 4,471 votes have been tallied and the winner is none other than former 2PM leader Jaebeom (Jay) Park.

After nearly 6 months of silence, Jaebeom finally graced the fans with his voice by uploading a cover of American song Nothin’ on You by B.O.B. onto YouTube.

Fans showed their support for the former leader by having the video already have over 2 million hits. It looks like they’re still not done showing the love as 2,429 (54.3%) of them voted for his chocolate abs.

In 2nd place was star of upcoming drama Oh! My Lady and Super Junior member, Choi Siwon. The singer-turned-actor placed in 2nd with 1,380 (30.9%) votes.

Another boy band member to make it on the list was MBLAQ’s Lee Joon as he was voted 3rd with 451 (10.1%) votes. Last but not least was Chuno actor Jang Hyuk in 4th place with 211 (4.7%) votes.

It seems that most of the votes were in Jaebeom and Siwon’s favor, but do you agree with the results? If not, who is your favorite k-idol’s abs?

MBLAQ’s Lee Joon sucks up to Rain?

On a recent episode of SBS ‘Quiz to Change the World,’ MBLAQ’s Lee Joon confessed that he tends to act differently around his boss Rain / Bi.

When MC Lee Kyung Kyu asked, “Have you ever sucked up to your sunbae so as to appear nice?”, Lee Joon replied, “The term ’sucking up’ is harsh. However, whenever Rain is around, I always smile excessively and bow even more politely. I formally ask questions like, ‘Have you eaten yet?’”

Although Lee Joon may be guilty of flattering his boss, we all know that his talent alone suffices in leaving a lasting impression on viewers, Rain included. Besides, doesn’t everyone appreciate a good flattery from time to time?

Watch Lee Joon cry on Idol Army

Earlier today we reported that MBLAQ’s Lee Joon was the target of a hidden camera prank on Idol Army which caused him to shed some tears. Well, the show finally aired and video footage / segment of him crying has been released.

They were doing a segment called “Mission Theater” where they re-enacted Queen Seon Duk, the boys were told to be purposely mean to Lee Joon. The boys were doing everything they could to get Lee Joon flustered but he kept his anger inside. Right when he was coming to his boiling point, the boys revealed that it was all a prank which resulted him to get on his knees and cry.

MBLAQ’s Lee Joon is a pyromaniac

For many, the movie “Home Alone” probably brings up fond memories of childhood. For MBLAQ’s Lee Joon, the movie probably reminds him of his past devious ways.

On a recent recording of “Star Golden Bell,” Lee Joon revealed that after watching “Home Alone” in primary school he found a liking towards the main character (Macaulay Culkin) and decided to copy him. How? Just like the movie, Lee Joon placed tacks on the ground for his sister to step on and poured sesame oil on all of the door knobs in his house. Although he did admit his satisfaction towards his sister’s surprised reaction, his sister ended up in the emergency room after stepping on the tacks. But that’s not even the worst of it. He finished his “Home Alone” act by crawling under a sofa with his dad’s lighter and ended up burning up his living room. Basically, he’s a reminder to us all to not mimic what you see on TV.

Who would’ve thought this little troublemaker would grow up to be an idol seducing girls with his “honey abs”? You can catch Lee Joon’s confession on “Star Golden Bell” on the 16th!

MBLAQ’s Lee Joon diagnosed with swine flu

Swine flu is back again, and this time, it's MBLAQ's resident vocalist, Lee Joon.

On the 25th, a representative of JTune Entertainment stated:

"Lee Joon was declared positive for H1N1 and got hospitalized today. He was prescribed Tamiflu and is currently undergoing treatment. Other members also have symptoms of the cold, so they have received examinations today as well. The results will be available two days from now."

MBLAQ will temporarily continue their activities as a four member group - of course, that's only if the other members don't have the virus. However, their performance on KBS Music Bank scheduled to air on the 26th has been canceled.

Unfortunately Lee Joon will remain hospitalized when Ninja Assassin hits theaters on November 25th.

MBLAQ’s Joon used to be a… wig model?

MBLAQ has been rising in fame as a new rookie group, having already gained a tremendous amount of fans. Of course, the fans can be great when it comes down to showing their love and support, but they can sometimes be the biggest antis by digging up the embarrassing pasts of these celebrities. Several pictures have recently been surfaced on the net that netizens claim to be MBLAQ's G.O. and Joon before their debut - unlike the other "past" photos circulating over the net, they still look hot as ever. Although there is no direct evidence these boys in the pictures are the idol boys themselves, the undeniable resemblance can really show that they are the might MBLAQs indeed. Let's take a look at how these young men looked back then.

It seems like the group's resident vocalist's talent in singing comes natural. Even during his past, he was always on the stage with a mic in his hand!

In contrary to G.O.'s childhood revolving mostly around performing on stages, Joon seems like he took an advantage of his good looks and worked as a model for an online wig store. Talk about an eye-candy for the female shoppers! Although it would be a bit weird for girls to shop for male wigs.

MBLAQ’s Lee Joon was also in a drama?

We all thought Lee Joon of MBLAQ was new to the acting scene, as he was cast in the upcoming movie Ninja Assasin alongside Rain. But it was recently discovered that he was in a daily sitcom back in 2008 called The Person is Coming.

The video below shows a bit of Lee Joon's acting and I gotta say, it was hilarious. Something that caught the attention of netizens though was that he looked different back then, really different. It's probably just due to growing up though.
