SS501 Appointed as Ambassadors For Korea Airports Co.

SS501 has been busy lately, traveling the world and making 20 minute music videos, but they've finally received a reward for their all hard work.

Yesterday, SS501 was appointed the official promotional "Goodwill Ambassadors" for Korea Airports Corporation. Check out the ceremony at Kimpo International Airport:

As you all know, I'm not the biggest SS501 fan, but this news is sickening. The news is describing Kim Hyun Joong as the main factor for all of SS501's success. Sure, KBS Boys Over Flowers and MBC We Got Married were popular, but have they forgotten the music show wins from Triple S' "U R Man"?

Triple S has more than proved that they are just as worthy of praise, and that they don't need Kim Hyun Joong to succeed. Triple S has voiced their disappointment before, so reading this kind of news has got to make them feel shitty.

This Engrish speaking, voice cracking, terrible excuse of a guitar player led SS501 to greatness?
