SBS held a press conference on the afternoon of March 22nd as they announced their brand new radio programs and hosts for their annual spring revamp.
And among them was Super Junior’s Kim Heechul who makes a return to hosting a radio show after his last in 2006.
His new program is titled Heechul’s Young Street and will be aired through 107.7MHz Power FM from 8 – 10pm. Heechul expressed, “
It’s my comeback after a four year absence so I will be in charge of many things on my own this time. This includes the guests which I will personally invite myself and just to give a preview, those on my guest list currently include Lee Da Hae, Kang Ji Hwan and f(x)’s Sulli.I was inmature the last time I hosted a radio program and caused trouble for everyone. I will do my best this time to be someone useful instead.”
When asked about his program clashing with fellow SM colleague, Taeyeon’s Chin Chin which airs on the same timeslot through MBC, Heechul said,
“I will just handle my radio show in my own style.”
Heechul’s new radio stint will begin on March 29th.
