It’s only been about three months since the debut of popular indie rock group CN Blue, but fans have been itching to label themselves as their official fans. From this day forth, CN Blue fans will be calling themselves Boice!
This news was delivered by a representative from CN Blue’s entertainment company, FNC Music, on April 23rd. Their official website said,
Hello.
I’m the person in charge of the FNC Music fanclub.
Finally! The name that all of you CN Blue fans have been waiting for has been finalized.
The confirmed fanclub name has been passed after voting from six possible names by the FNC Music staff and the CN Blue members after much discussion and reflection over it. This name was confirmed after receiving the majority of votes and agreement over it.
We will reveal the fanclub name that you’ve all been waiting for.
CN Blue’s official fanclub name will be Boice, a mix of CN Blue’s “blue” and “voice”.
CN Blue = Music / Fan = Voice
Because it isn’t possible for CN Blue to make perfect music without their awesome fans (voice), CN Blue and their music will always need CN Blue’s voice, thus Boice was chosen.
When you write Boice, it’ll be written as 보이스 (bo-ee-seu).
From now on, as CN Blue’s music’s awesome “Boice”, we ask that you all show us your best manners and orderly side.
