She has been cast as the niece of Kim Sung-soo’s character named Jung Soo-jung. Jung Soo-jung is a high school student who comes to Seoul over break to attend a hakwon (academic institution for extra studies).
Her character is a cute liar who borrows money from Lee Sun-ho’s character by acting like a person from a foreign country who speaks very little Korean and tricks Yeh Ji-won into thinking that she really wants to go to medical school.
After the first filming, Krystal revealed that she is excited to try something new in a completely different field of entertainment. She hopes to build experience and learn more about acting to improve and become a better actor.
Krystal’s first episode of MBC “More Charming by the Day” will air on July 6, 2010.
