Which Qualities Does SHINee Think A Leader Should Have?

Currently promoting their brand new single Lucifer, SHINee appeared on Entertainment Weekly and shared which qualities they believe a good leader should have.



While the SHINee members have been busy with their Lucifer performances and concert appearances, it was just this past week that they received their first win on KBS’s Music Bank. Even with their hectic schedule their performances seem to be top notch, Entertainment Weekly wondered what qualities a leader should have to be able to keep their own group in such great shape.


Responsible, good with words, charismatic, self-sacrificing and good looking; did SHINee miss any characteristics a good leader should have?
