BoA, UKnow and Max, “We will work hard for activities to produce a good 3D content”

Singer BoA together with 2 members of TVXQ U-Know Yunho and Choikang Changmin finally appeared in

front of Korean public after a long time.

The three on May 14th at 11:00 am attended SM Entertainment and Samsung Electronics’ collaboration

press conference in regards to expansion of 3D-related content, meanwhile the producer of the agency, Lee

Soo Man attended along with them.

At the event day, SM and Samsung through the press conference described thoroughly the business direction

they’re going to conduct with the director of 3D movie ‘Avatar’, James Cameron.


After opening remarks by BoA on stage, producer Lee Soo Man said, “It’s nice to meet all of you in this

place, and that we’re able to attend this event together. I have a high expectation for an upcoming movie that

will be produced for SMTOWN.”

TVXQ U-Know Yunho also said, “It’s a good opportunity to have a 3D production, frankly 3D content is

new to the culture, so I’ll work hard for that. We ask many love and support in the future as well.” Changmin

added, “It’s an honor to me to be able to attend at this place for 3D Content Leadership Collaboration.

Indeed it’s a good project, thus I will try to give my best in creating a good content.”

The main issue of this collaboration with Director James Cameron of Avatar is to produce music and concert

videos of SM Entertainment artists in 3D and Samsung will take the advantage for the 3D content in

marketing their 3D TV.

Samsung Electronics with production team of Avatar from Director James Cameron has already held a Full

HD 3D LED TV Global Launch event at New York Time Square in last March, and at the event, the 3D

video of Black Eyed Peas live live performance was captured, ever since the 3D TV has been actively

marketed.

BoA for Korean comeback coming 25th August to celebrate 10th debut anniversary

With her 10th debut anniversary coming up, singer BoA will be back in Korea releasing a new album.

Coming 25th August, BoA will release a full-length album in Korea and start promotional activities. This will be her comeback in Korea 5 years since her last album ‘Girls On Top’ released in 2005. And with her 10th debut anniversary this year, she wishes to have grand comeback in Korea. Currently, BoA is doing her Japanese concert tour after the release of her 7th Japanese album ‘Identity’ released in February. After the concert tour, she will start preparations for her domestic comeback.

SM Entertainment revealed on 1st March, “2010 is the 10th debut anniversary for BoA. She will release a new album and meet with fans after 5 years since her ‘Girls On Top’ album. The comeback date will be symbolic 25th August.”

For her recent Japanese album, BoA participated as a producer for the first, to better show her own colours and charms in the album. And as for her comeback album, the SM rep said, “There is possibility for BoA to participate as producer for this new album to better showcase her own unique music style. It will be decided through our discussions for the album.”

And as for her American promotions, BoA debuted with the song ‘Eat You Up’ in 2009 and for 2010, the SM rep revealed, “She will continue with her American activities. Even now, Lee SooMan producer is seeing to BoA’s promotions in the States.”

For Kim Bum's latest movie, Emergency, Kim Bum was spotted with half a head full of cornrows - which looks quite similar to something BoA sported earlier this year!

Two new pictures of Kim Bum in his latest movie, Emergency, has caused a recent swarm of interest amongst Netizens. In the photos, Kim Bum is shown daunting "half-cornrows." Netizens have been busy talking about these pictures, saying that they looked almost exactly like what BoA had daunted earlier this year at the San Francisco Pride Festival in California.

BoA and TVXQ getting together for AVEX A-Nation Concert

SM Entertainment's BoA and TVXQ will be getting together once again to perform at the A-Nation concert. Although BoA and TVXQ are Korean artists they have both risen to be the cream of the crop for AVEX. A-Nation is an annual concert held by AVEX, inviting their top artists to perform on one big stage.

TVXQ will be in attendance for the opening concert on August 1st at the Kumamoto National Park (Kyuushuu). They will also attend the August 8th concert in Ehime, the August 22nd and 23rd concerts in Tokyo, and the August 29th and 30th concerts in Osaka.
